School Council coordinates lunches for students, delivered to their classrooms! 

WHEN?
Every other Thursday. We rotate pizza and sub sandwiches every other week.  Orders can be placed each week, or many weeks in advance. The website allows you to add several weeks at once, or whatever specific dates you want.

If you place an order, lunch will be delivered at the second nutrition break (1:15). Our glorious parent volunteers and helpful students will deliver to the classroom.

~ DELIVERY ~
This program relies on parent volunteers. It raises funding for Le Phare, helps parents pack fewer lunches, and is fun for kids! If you (or a grandparent!) could volunteer on a Thursday at lunchtime, email us at [email protected]

! IMPORTANT !
1) You need to log into your existing School Cash Online account. Then you can add lunches for each student.  
2) Use your child’s name exactly as it is registered at school (not your own name) with their correct classroom. If you don’t know their class, ask your kids or check their google classroom website, or ask your teacher. 
3) Tell your kids if you ordered (and especially if you didn’t!). Some kids think they’re getting lunch and beg our helpless volunteers. :( 
4) For those without access to School Cash Online (staff, custodians, lunch monitors, EAs or volunteers), you can set up an account and create a “student” profile and select “Staff Room” as your Classroom for delivery.
5) Click "receive email reminders" when you order.

< CANCELLATIONS >
You can make updates or changes to your order online before Sunday at 12:00 pm for the upcoming week. If you have to cancel an order, please notify LunchBox 2 days prior to the delivery date.

SNOW DAYS = CANCELED

If there is a school closure or widespread bus cancellations, lunches will be canceled. If you send your child to school on a snow day, please send a packed lunch. A credit will be issued to your LunchBox account.
