LePhare enjoyed a fantastic week celebrating literacy, and we extend a big thank you to our staff for championing this annual student event. Students shared their poetry, explored classrooms for stories in both French and English, and brought their favourite book characters to life through costumes. The week also featured special reading time with family and friends, an engaging outdoor story walk, charming reader's theatre performances, and the unique experience of camping out in the gym with a good book. Above all, LePhare united as a community to celebrate the power of literacy.

Popcorn Sales:

Just a reminder that there are two remaining days for students to purchase popcorn at school: May 15th and June 12th. If your student would like to buy a bag, please ensure they bring a toonie next Thursday!

School Council Picnic

Mark your calendars! School Council’s end-of-year picnic for LePhare families will take place on Wednesday, June 25th. More details will be shared in the coming weeks.

Kindergarten Open House

We're excited to welcome our new kindergarten students for the 2025-2026 school year to an open house on Thursday, May 29th. This will be a chance for your child to visit a kindergarten classroom and meet some of our educators.

If you haven't registered your child for kindergarten yet, please do so as soon as possible! We look forward to meeting them on May 29th.
